The Help Line is a telephone information service available for anyone planning, setting up or running a toy or leisure library. We also supply 'Starting a Toy Library' packs, together with a wide range of other information and topical helpsheets.
To order the Association's information leaflets, 'Starting a Toy Library' pack and free helpsheets please download our Helpline Services Flyer. The Helpline staff have practical experience in running and supporting toy libraries.  The National Helpline Complaints and Confidentiality Policies and Procedures are available on request.
